Shanghai, July 1st, Grandway, a leading fiber optics instrument distributor and manufacturer, announced that they signed a join venture memorandum with Fujikura，leading Japanese fiber optics supplier. The two companies will set up a new Fujikura Grandway optical component company in Shanghai which focuses on China's FTTH market.

Located in Songjiang High tech zone in Shanghai,the new join-ventured company will mainly produced passive components for FTTx application. "The new joinventured company will be another leader in China's FTTH market, which will has a deep affection to this market. " says Mr. Xia xugang, president of Grandway.
