The PLC assembly adjustment system is a reflection of RayZFine's optical path adjustment ability. With more than 90% of parts supplied by domestic suppliers, some mechanical tool supplied by Wuhan local companies, the new system of RayZFine not only improves reliability and performance, but also increase price-cost ration greatly.

Not like the traditional double CCD observation system, RayZFine's new PLC adjustment system adopts microscopes and 650nm red light as observation system, reduces the total cost. Using the self-designed mechanic tools, the average adjustment period reduces from 12 minutes each component to 7 minutes each component.
