1. Optical Communication Business: Continuous Breakthroughs in FAUs for CPO and OCS Products

In the optical communication field, Tengjing Technology’s wholly-owned Wuhan subsidiary has completed the sample production of multiple high-speed optical engines and high-speed optical communication components, and is actively advancing customer verification.In the CPO (Co-packaged Optics) field, Tengjing Technology is developing and verifying optical interconnection components such as FAU (Fiber Array Unit) fiber arrays.In terms of OCS (All-Optical Switches), the company provides precision optical components according to customers’ technical solutions and continues to advance the layout of related businesses.The company stated that the mass production schedule of the above-mentioned products will proceed in an orderly manner based on end-market demand and customer orders, with capacity expansion plans to be launched simultaneously.

2. Semiconductor Equipment Business: Sufficient Orders, High-End Module Revenue Expected to Maintain Steady High Growth

In the semiconductor equipment field, Tengjing Technology provides a variety of core optical products for domestic equipment, including DUV (Deep Ultraviolet) optical coating technology, high-precision position sensing modules, high-end lenses, and beam splitters/combiners.The company revealed that in 2025, the revenue from high-end optical modules used in emerging fields such as semiconductor equipment is expected to continue its high growth. Currently, the company has sufficient orders and is improving its delivery capacity.Product unit prices vary based on product type, specification, performance, and yield rate.As the localization process of semiconductor equipment accelerates, Tengjing Technology will continue to strengthen its expansion in this field to drive high-quality business development.

3. Overseas Business: Strong Growth, Thailand Production Base Expected to Start Operation in Q4

In terms of overseas business, Tengjing Technology’s overseas sales revenue increased by approximately 98% year-on-year from January to June 2025.The company continues to expand its overseas sales network, actively participates in domestic and international industry exhibitions, and enhances its brand influence.Meanwhile, the construction of the Thailand production base is progressing, and it is planned to be completed and put into use gradually in the fourth quarter of 2025. This will improve the overseas delivery capacity of products in fields such as optical communication and biomedical care, better meeting the needs of global customers.

4. Crystal Material Business: Mass Production Achieved, Capacity Expansion to Advance as Needed

In addition, the optical communication crystal material products of Tengjing Technology’s Hefei holding subsidiary have achieved mass production and delivery, with the core product being YVO4 (yttrium vanadate) crystal materials.The company stated that subsequent capacity expansion plans will be implemented in an orderly manner based on customer orders to ensure that production capacity accurately matches market demand.
